Will I receive a payment slip / an invoice?
Since all necessary details to execute a payment by eBanking or payment slip are already contained in the order confirmation, we are not sending any payment slips / additional invoices after placing an order.
Can I order on invoice?
The purchase of goods on account is only offered to authorities and business customers / resellers. Contact us if you have need.
Can I pay in installments?
The payment of purchased goods in installments is unfortunately not possible. The payment of goods which remain with us until full settlement is possible in exceptional cases. Please contact us if necessary.
