The Tatonka Manager has two large main compartments, one with a fully padded laptop compartment for a 15.4 inch laptop. Both main compartments are equipped with additional interior pockets. The zippered front pocket features a large organizer, a zippered front pocket. There is also a padded side pocket for the smartphone.

The carrying strap is equipped with a shoulder pad and adjustable in length, and the Manager has two handles.
